Situated in a magnificent valley, 150km northwest of Hanoi, Mai Chau is home to the Thai minority people who live in remarkable wooden stilt houses. The rolling hills with their beautiful rice terraces are ideal for walking. The verdant and rugged mountain scenery combined with the colorful costume of local people makes this an unforgettable experience. With two-day trip we spend the night within walking distance of Mai Chau town in a typical White Thai village

Day 1: Hanoi - Hoa Binh - Mai Chau (L,D)
08h00: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi. Drive to Hoa Binh (about 2 hours). Have a short break before continuing to Maichau valley.

Arrival Maichau valley, visit Lac, PomCoong villages. Have a walk to see a unique product of Thai people, special stilt houses and Thai's customs.

Have dinner and free time to relax or you can enjoy traditional music show. O/N in stilt house.

Day 2: Mai Chau - Hanoi (B,L)
AM: After breakfast, go back to Hoa Binh for visitting Muong village (Giang Mo village) where you can have a walk and experience typical Muong minorities' daily life.

After lunch in Hoa Binh city, back to Hanoi.
Arrive in Ha Noi. Tour ends.

Travel private car, entrance fee, local English speaking guide, meals as indicated, accommodation
