Within 5 days prior to arrival date: 75% charge of the first night for all rooms reserved.
Within 48 hours or No Show: 100% charge of the first night for all rooms reserved.
Surcharge for late check out before 18:00: 50% charge based on the room rate.
Surcharge for late check out after 18:00: 100% charge based on the room rate.
Policy for children staying with parents:
Free of charge up to two children under 12 years old, in parents room and using existing bedding
